I buy our coffee and coffee filters at the Willy Street Co-Op, the kind of place that sells all-natural, certified organic everything, which means that the coffee is all fair trade and the coffee filters are made of unbleached, recycled paper products. I’m not sure I want to know how they clean up paper products prior to recycling if they’re not bleaching the hell out of them, but that’s not why I broached the topic. The brand name of the coffee filters is If You Care, which is kind of a massive pile of guilt to dump on a casual shopper, if you ask me. Want coffee filters?
