I grew up in the Seventies and I can tell you that barely an hour went by when you didn’t hear Barry Manilow on the radio or hear somebody singing a Barry Manilow song. There was no escaping Barry Manilow back then, so how come you never, ever hear him when they do a throwback set on the radio now?
