On Wednesday nights, the Madison Homebrewers and Tasters Guild usually meets at the Wil-Mar Community Center to, y’know, learn more about beer. Last night, though, they met on the premises of Madison’s newest brew pub, Next Door Brewing Co, to learn about their beer. Next Door is so new that all of their beer was still fermenting, but Keith Symonds, Next Door’s brewmaster, was happy to talk about the beer he’s making as the MHTG members crowd into his kitchen to listen.
This is so badass. The fact that your club is called a “guild” makes it much cooler. Sounds like you are a bunch of grizzly Dark Ages Germanic men brewing in bloody cowskins, or possibly in the skins of your enemies.

Did you mean brewing the beer in the skins of our enemies, or brewing while wearing the skins of our enemies? Coz the one would definitely change the character of the brew, while the other would be just kinda icky. Not saying which is which.
