Woke up to the first snow of the season clinging to the windows of my minivan. A cold drizzle fell the previous night, so I had to put a lot of elbow grease into scraping it off the windows. I could have let the engine run a while so the defrosters could do their magic and save me the effort, but I was in a hurry to hit the road this morning. I had to drive 670 miles to Arkansas and I had just one day to do it!
