I quit caffeine cold turkey last week Thursday. If I’ve had any since then, it was in something I didn’t know about. I’ve had one, maybe two cups of decaf coffee and nothing but green tea and peppermint tea since then. And beer. I guess I thought I didn’t need to say that, like I wouldn’t heed to say water, too. How’s this: As far as caffeinated drinks go, I haven’t had any. I’m not sure yet how it’s improved me, if at all, except that I don’t get caffeine headaches. And I used to get headaches if I didn’t drink caffeinated tea or coffee, too, but I don’t now, so I guess that’s an improvement.
